Lol sorry I replied in the wrong section. Anyways, I think cards from usa are all getting declined for some reason, try different one if you have?

If you’re from the USA it is not possible to buy this. Their networks require your card to be registered with 3D Secure Authentication, which is a service that does not exist in the US; only Europe and Asia.

So if you’re from the US; tough luck.
